Consumer Recruitment
Solutions Space regularly recruits consumers for focus groups, usability tests, online surveys and panels covering almost any topic imaginable as part of a ongoing project or separately for our customers.
Participants may be customers or simply persons with the necessary demographic attributes for the project. Most often the customer and Solutions Space together create a “screener” and agree on the profiles of the recruits.
When recruiting we use our own database, but if necessary our partners are involved in the recruitment process as well. Especially in multinational projects, we rely on our trusted partners to do the recruitment as agreed upon.
During recruitment we confirm the eligibility, interest, and availability and make sure that the right people attend the study at the right time.
