The interaction of end-users with products or services can be viewed as a continuous cycle over time to satisfy a specific desire or need. Traditionally research and development tends to base their work on a Product Creation lifecycle and product families. This approach does not consider the changing experiences, values, and behavior of end users sufficiently. The Solutions Space approach to the appropriate lifecycle combines the Product Creation and User Experience lifecycles offering tools for product development with essential user feedback.
