All project documentation is reviewed centrally by Solutions Space User Experience management.
Each project is reviewed in order to enhance process development and to assure a consistency regardless of location.
2. Transparent Quality
Customers can observe project activities, e.g. usability tests, securely through their own PC via Internet
On-line observations are an effective way to give teams feedback because they display real users engaged with real products and services – in real time
3. Trusted partners
The selection of partners is based on the success of previous collaborations with Solutions Space.
4. Quality management
All partners use the Solutions Space Quality Handbook and/or Teagle™ SaaS software.
The Quality Handbook includes a Business Manual, Solutions Space Research Process & Templates, and Digital Tools.
The handbook also aims to increase transparency throughout the organization.
