Consumer Recruitment
Solutions Space regularly recruits consumers for focus groups, usability tests, online surveys and panels covering almost any topic imaginable as part of a ongoing project or separately for our customers.
Participants may be customers or simply people with the necessary demographic attributes for the project. Generally the customer and Solutions Space together create a “screener” and agree on the appropriate profiles of the recruits.
We traditionally use our own database from recruitment, but our partners are also involved in the process when necessary. Especially in multinational projects, we rely on our trusted partners to do their share of recruitment as agreed.
During recruitment we confirm the eligibility, interest, and availability of the participants and make sure that the right people attend the study at the right time.
